This is a West African scammer using a stolen picture who tried to register at AsianLonelyHearts.com as lovingcharmer123.
The picture they uploaded is of 'Julie', a model, and a lady whose pictures are in heavy use by West African scammers. Never send money to somebody using pictures of this lady.
She is not involved in any scams, and is actually trying to stop the use of her pictures on dating sites, by scammers.
Never send money to somebody you only know from the internet, or phone calls.
Always expect to see a face on webcam.
